2. Roof is pressure cleaned and left to dry
3. Necessary repairs are carried out (cracked tiles replaced or damaged mortar repaired)
4. Roof Sealer or Roof Coatings are applied to provide lasting protection

For the roof tiles to function correctly, they need to be able to 'breathe', allowing them to flex naturally in hot and cold conditions without cracking. The Smartseal elastomeric roof coatings are designed to allow this process to continue, whilst filtering out UV rays that cause colour loss and providing lasting protection to your roof. This application will totally transform the appearance of any roof and is available in a choice of colours.
